Karimun Java Island in Jepara, Central Java
Karimun Java is located in the Java Sea 83 km from the town of Jepara, heading north. These objects are islands designated as Marine National Park karimunjawa. Land area of 7120 Hectares with islands totaling 27 units, but it’s inhabited only five pieces. namely karimunjawa, Kemujan, Machetes, Mosquitoes and Genting. With a stretch of scenery in between islands, white sand that stretches along the beach with palm trees. There are 242 species of ornamental fish, and 133 genera of aquatic fauna. With ferries KMP Muria, karimunjawa can be reached in about six hours from the pier of Jepara, and with KMC Kartini one can be within 3.5 hours from the port of Tanjung Emas, Semarang
